Bio-Father's Ongoing Intent to send Mom to Jail
Emails, recordings, and police interactions documenting a sustained effort to have Mom arrested—including threats made before Zaria was taken, persistent malevolent calls to police against Mom and the recorded warning “You’re going to jail”.
One year later, Mom was arrested.
Why Feature This Evidence
Zaria was forcibly removed from her mom while crying, resisting, and pleading for help in June 2025.
One year later - June 2026 - Mom was arrested after police forced entry into the family home, refused repeated requests to show the warrant, and provided no evidence explaining the arrest.
Between those events is a recorded threat from bio-father in hospital: “You’re going to jail.”
Before Zaria was taken, he repeatedly came onto Mom’s property, left gifts, recorded her, remained on her front lawn, and continued unwanted contact—including conduct involving a toy CAS had already identified as deeply inappropriate in light of Zaria’s sexual-abuse disclosure.
That conduct is impossible to reconcile with his later portrayal of himself as frightened, vulnerable, or trying to avoid Mom.
The police record also documents the multitude of calls he made about Mom beginning in 2022, with further police involvement by him continuing after Zaria was taken. Those occurrence records will be available for viewers to examine directly.
That sequence cannot be dismissed as coincidence without scrutiny. It raises urgent questions about malicious intent, manipulation of police and Crown processes, and an effort to pervert justice by turning the authorities against the parent who continued to speak for Zaria.
After Zaria was taken, the form of the abuse changed—but it did not stop. It continued through litigation, financial devastation, repeated allegations, police intervention, blocked contact, and sustained efforts to intimidate, bully, coerce, punish, and remove Mom from every part of Zaria’s life.
The pattern is not one of fear. It is one of domination: repeatedly involve police, take the child, isolate the mom, exhaust her resources, and apply institutional pressure until nothing remains of her place in her daughter’s life.
These records are featured together because they reveal more than isolated incidents. They show the progression from threat, to police pressure, to forced separation, to arrest—and raise urgent questions about an effort to pervert justice, silence Zaria’s mom, and use police and Crown power to complete the separation.
